In the first room we got, AC stopped working after about an hour. Also, the toilet flush did not work properly. We had to ask for a new room which was fine. We were denied complimentary breakfast which was included in our booking. After 15-20 minutes of haggling, we got complimentary breakfast that too with the restricted menu. We had to choose from only three options out of about 6 items. Yes, the breakfast menu was very limited. The lift did not work.Gave 4 stars only because 2nd room was good and staff was mostly warm and welcoming 🙏. Room was big and spacious bathroom too. Guest accommodation was seemless.
