Stayed here last night...enjoyed my stay...booked the hotel directly...received good discount..rooms are sparkly clean, linens were clean, good comfy bed, food was prepared as per our choice...staffs were courteous ...will highly recommend

Unprofessional & Pathetic behaviour of the Hotel MD as if he is the King of somewhere. Hotel is highly overpriced considering the services and rooms. They agreed on a certain price for 2 nights stay of our company guest and during the check out the MD asked us to pay EXTRA amount as per his will otherwise he won’t allow the check out and also won’t give the tax invoice. He was highly rude and actually don’t know what is the meaning of the hospitality.
Would suggest never ever book this hotel.

It’s was very nice stay, staff is very helpful and supportive, food quality excellent, I wish to stay again in this hotel, it’s best hotel in this area.

Rooms r excellent. But No wifi facility, intercom was not working facing lots of issue for orders. But the great surprise was breakfast. Ordered for bread toast with omelet. Bread was not avaliable so pushed us for puri sabji. I myself went to shop, purchase a bread n provide them for our breakfast. Kudos hotel blue bird. U r on right track after investing huge on infrastructure But carrying unprofessional people. Invest on people now, u will be profit

Rooms well maintained, service good ,food OK type , Rates even higher than Guwahati 4/5 star hotels , DTH & WIFI needs to be upgraded

Pathetic at the high price they charged. There was no Wifi and they lied that server is down after that they said technician is not available, the bathroom fittings like the jetspray was broken, in a room for 2 people just one towel and one dental kit is given.
Breakfast is not buffet and they will give just 3 items and charge extra if you want more. Overall I would advise to avoid this hotel.

Very dirty rooms and room service not good. It seems the housekeeping staffs never changes linens etc and kettle was too dirty, intercom didn't work in most of the rooms
