Staffs are not help full and Very causal. If you are going in late night they will not open the gate. 2 half ltr water during your full stay after that you have to buy. Breakfast experience was worst. Room is ok ok

Kindly do not go by the paid ratings. This hotel is under renovation and still aceepting bookings. Staff lock gate from outside and leave in night, which may lead to a Uphaar Cinema like tragedy in case of fire. Housekeeping staff are poorly trained to the extent they do now know the wi fi password. Breakfast will not come before 8.30 am. And is jot at all eatable. Read real reviews and reject this hotel. Absolutely not worth the money.

The rooms are dirty, walls of the room are wet, mosquitoes everywhere, and to be honest a lot of mosquitoes inside the rooms. Bed ,bedsheets, pillow are also dirty. Overall it is a cheap place. Not even worth a star. I checked out right after some minutes of checking in at around 11pm because i had to.

Need to improve services . Old sheets were provided . TV not working etc etc . Staff need to be more professional and courteous but looks like they lack basic hospitality behaviour. I feel they need a complete revamp from services POV which seems not adequate .

Good freshly made food. Nice helpful staff and approachable location.

Rooms are well maintained but neat more cleaning, bathroom is very fine, hot water hand wash body was available, food service is great, behaviour of staff is good, price is little high. Complimentary breakfast is superb.

The room was very spacious but was not maintained properly.
No ceiling fan, wardrobe and bathroom gates were broken.
Food was not good at all.
