The rooms offered are very small but the price they charge for the same is out of the roof. 😐 They have parking space available for only two cars and few bikes. On the whole an overpriced place . There are better bigger places available for the same price in the locality

Very much congusted rooms. And room rates are very high against the area of the rooms. There was no provisions of drinking water during our stay. When asked the management told us that we have to buy mineral water. What the heck!!!! How can this hotel is running without providing drinking water to its customers??? Food service was good though but the area of the rooms are very small. Suitable for single customers only.

The manager here troubled us a lot making us wait more than 20min checking our marriage certificate. Our certificate is notary attested for an application for which he commented that the certificate we provided is fake as notary attestation is valid only for 6 months. So do we have to go to notary 6months before coming to assam and get that attested. Even if we present proof they do not believe.

Yes, i agree to few comments, this might be a good hotel for regular cust. But if they came to know that you are a first time walker to this then you might be in trouble according to my experience.
The worst hotel i ever stayed, cockroches everywhere, unclean bedsheet hair spreeded everywhere, insects. And most importantly behavior of reception manager was terrible, after having swipe machine, they don't accept card, only accept cash, saying this is their personal reason. They even change food orders by their own and serve high rate items without cust knowledge, and they even charge the full rate of the item while check out saying you should have confirm before eating, now if you have eaten you have to pay. And if you dont pay they will treat you like terrorist. Request you not to stay in this hotel. Instead of this you can go for Hotel Mahamaya, Hotel Jahnabi within 1000 with complimentary breakfast. And on cheeper side you can go for Hotel Brahmaputra and Hotel Majuli for convinient stay.

We went there asked the person at the counter. He was replying looking at the tv not to the guest with a mood not to show us the room n saying only ac room is available . I said no problem show us the room, he said ac room will be costly with a tone like you wont be able to afford . We had a argument, he was so rude n totally unfit to sit at the counter. He said he was “the manager”.

Very poor. Not worth even one star. Price too high considering the condition of the rooms. Don't waste your money here. Ill mannered receptionists. We Checked in here after no option left in the bongaigaon town. Actually we did not wanted to go to the other side of Railway Flyover because of traffic jam. There are some good Hotels in that side.

Somehow we spent the night in very poor condition smelly rooms and left early morning. Will not recommend anybody to visit there.

Average place for stay but the food of the restaurant was too good

Hotel management is very dirty. Was telling them to change my back cover because I am taking it in hotel for 5 consecutive days, but they do not pay any attention to this matter. This is the worst hotel I've seen.
