Very unprofessional hotel, I was guided to my room by the hotel staff who didn't even bother to carry my luggage. Moreover the dinner ordered arrived late & was provided a stained bed sheet. Had to call reception and ask for the towel & soap. Bathroom gets flooded after use. PATHETIC SERVICE.

This is one of the reputed budget hotels of Sivasagar. Rooms are clean and comfortable as per requirement.Parking space is decent. Response and demeanour of the staff is good. Food from the Bar cum Restaurant is up to the mark but price is little more than average.

Worst experience ever,I bought my family here to stay from Nagaon and reached at 2.30 a.m ,We spoke to the manager and booked 2 rooms but when we reached here the manager stated that the booking was not confirmed and rooms are not available and later the caretaker comes to us stating that he can help us with three rooms. What a pathetic hotel staff. We had to wait the whole night.
