Hotel staff is not responding good. Telephone is not working. And bed sheet is not washed already used one.even I don't see one server in the hotel. If in case I need any thing I go outside for bring the things what I need

Hotel attendants refused to give room at midnight. OYO customer care people also take too long time to allot near by property and this hotel attendants demand additional tariff of Rs. 1200 Nowadays, OYO services are not good.

Forced to pay full amount despite discount given by OYO. when oyo money is already deducted, hotel owner said thats between you and oyo. Also, they thrashed swiggy delivery person who used lift without knowing and broke his helmet.

Hotel is good but don’t go through OYO because hotel management asked extra 370 money.

Hotel management is co-operative , helpful but greaser not working in nights due to solar system , mosquitos available, AC positioning is not good , cleaning also not up to the mark

Such a poor customer service, i informed them to book hotel for vijaywada, andhrapradesh, she booked for banglore, even I double check the address, she was confident said yes, vijaywada is in banglore only. My gurss reach 7 am and he didn't found hotel so we had to pay exra money and pay another instantly. Had to call 4..5 times just to book a hotel and get confirmation. They put call on hold for 15.. 20 min and disconnect.

Very nice and decent place. Staffs were good and food was the best. Nice and clean washrooms!
