1st of all no room service provided by them. 2nd of all receptionist is so much rude and wants to extra 600 for check in due to the late check in. 3rd the room is so much dirty . In morning you can't get any water supply. Power cut can also happen any time that may be at night or morning. Always a bad noise you can hear at every night.

Lastly Room no 405 where I stayed where a bad paranormal incident happened with me. So I'll request you all don't try to check in this particular hotel!!!

I stay here 14-17 june 2022 at 404 room
1.Room was small, suffocating. Offer a ragged pillow.
2.Some bad smell comming from room.
3.Frequent power cut problem.
4.Frequent water cut problem, that when you were in toilet or come from outside and see no water here.
5. A free DTH TV were installed.
6.Hot water available.
7.Lift not working.
8. Some small cockroach came out from lintel crevice of buthroom.
9. Provide only one 2 rs soap, instead of toilet paper.
N.B: I booked this hotel from oyo after full payment they demand extra 1060/ from me at check-in.

It's just a normal hotel with overacting staff,they post wrong ads and charges more from the customers when visited the hotel, hotel looks just ok and be aware to discuss everything perfect before checking inn...

I have booked one room through OYO with prepaid. It's check-in time 12:00pm. But after traveling i had reached vizag at 8:00pm. Then i had called Reception for Room. But what they said was shocking. Receptionist arrogantly told me that all rooms are filled, contact oyo care for Property shifting. When i asked how the rooms are filled when i have paid money in full, they said if you wouldn't come in time we won't be responsible. When i called OYO care for refund, they told that the property manager marked me as checked-in. Therefore refund will be delayed. So i have had worst experience with this hotel as well as OYO.
I have one suggestion that if you are going to Vizag , you should do advance booking with full payment as well as to reach the hotel at the earliest of Check-in time. Otherwise you'll be suffered as me.

It was a decent experience got too good and not too bad.
What's happening with OYO hotels is...In OYO app it is showing one price and when we approach the hotel they have been saying another price and we have no option to quit because if we do not opt for that we have to go to another place and the same happens with other too.
Hotels have been using OYO application as a marketing platform to showcase and they are not accepting oyo booking. Only if we pre pay the amount in OYO app they are allotting rooms
Definitely, this is a serious issue that OYO management should look into it.
