Overall it was a nice experience at Ssg Residency. Yes some negative aspects , 💁♂️such as use of thick sponge bed which creats body pain, supplying towel which was torn in the side.
Positive side 💁♂️The employees of the residency were very sociable and well behaved. But yes it wad a nice stay. I will look forward to stay in OYO group of hotels in the future. Thank you

The stay at this place is not good. The bathroom is neat than the room here. The room was full of cigarette smell, bed sheets were not clean, wires came out from switch boards and left loose. TV was not working, AC is very old and not in good condition. The surroundings of the hotel were dirty. I don't personally recommend this room to any one.

The hotel management is asking more money if we pre-book in the website itself and they try to cheat people by saying silly reasons becareful! The hospitality not all good! I booked this hotel in OYO website.

Hotel management asked extra money after booking also and saying the reason that there is a technical issue with the app so it showed less amount. Worthless stay

I booked the room in Oyo for one day for ₹733 and after seeing previous reviews i contact Oyo customer care for charging extra amount. So Oyo customer care told me that I should not pay more amount. But after going to SSG residency they demanded me to pay 1500 for AC room.
Ok i can pay 1500 but after seeing rooms it doesn't worth 1500. Rooms are not neat. Toilet is not good when I sat on Western commodity it is moving to and fro The pillows are ugly The electrical switches are not in good position They provided a small old blanket on my bed Room is cleaned properly but it doesn't worth 1500 AC is good. Car will not come infront of residence and you need to walk upto main road

Staff is very rude especially hotel manager and receptionist.Dont beleive the price they kept in oyo .They are posting less amount in OYO and at the time check-in ,they are demanding extra amount.worst hotel.If u want to go to this place,dont pay amount online.If u pay online,they are rudely demanding extra amount.Rooms are not clean and rooms are full of mosquitoes.Dont prefer this hotel.Worst come worst .

Very worst hotel.Hotel manager is very rude.And the receptionist also.These people are doing scam .these people are posting 75% offer in oyo..and every one is booking this with less amount.And at the time of check 'in there are asking for extra amount .Very worst..Dont book this hotel.worst manager and staff.

Located 600 mtr from the railway station. Affordable price with good condition. You can find restaurant and stree foods outside.
