FabHotel Keerthi's Anupama

Very centrally located. Room size is big and good. No mirror in washroom sink. Only one towel is given for two members. Poor service.

Very friendly and well behaved staff. Rooms are spacious clean and with nice ambiance. Food is also great in the restaurant.

Hotel room is good, but no breakfast, lunch or dinner facility, even no tea or milk in the hotel.
I was with my family and my son needs milk every night and in early morning but not provided.

Worst experience ever. I've booked with discounted amount in fab app. But the hotel management asked for extra money to pay before checking in. Very rude behavior, attitude & disrespectful words from the hotel management.

In the begginning we felt hotel is a bit shady and not good for families. But their staff made us feel better by their excellent service. Always helpful and ready to attend in the middle of night as well when we had urgent requests. They were also kind to keep our belonging safe when we forgot something in the hotel. Room was good.

Very bad experience with hotel staff and also Fab hotels Customer serivce. Everything is bad here.

I particularly said that I will check-in at 7AM and after confirming by the agent then I booked the stay in Keerthy's Anupama Hotel in Vijayawada. But After going to the hotel then they asked for early check-in charges which is not mentioned in the call while I am booking with Fab hotel. After requesting several times with the receptionist at the hotel, I contacted fabhotel customer care number and didn't receive proper response till now. They said they will get back to me after checking the call history. Its been almost 15 days and didn't receive anything from them. I am not at all booking again with Fabhotels and they lost respect.

1st time i checked in this hotel. Reasonable price and very good and quick service. Hygiene also super. Lunch and dinner was served by tonque restaurant in same hotel which is better then I expected with reasonable prices.

Very good hotel, safety, friendly manager,big rooms, neat and clean rooms and outside areas. Near by good veg restaurants. Comfortable stay. Good open parking. Totally satisfied. Room tariff good, worth for money.
