Worst experience I ever got because of few major things. Firstly we checked in late due to late night flight, So they charged us more as compared to the one listed online. Being a 3-star hotel, they didn't even provide 24x7 room service. Secondly in the room handshower was broken, AC was dead even in the deluxe room. Thirdly, and the most disappointing one is they will charge you 1000 if you checkout 1 hour late. Even the 5-stars won't charge you for 1 hour delay. Adding to that receptionist were not at all cooperative also the owner was rude.
All together we pay for comfort so please do justice to our money.

It's near to airport and they have a beach nearby (which I didn't visit).
The airport's military zone lies across so you might get takeoff noises in the room.
The room and bathroom was good sized but linen could have more cleaner and softer.
Breakfast was limited but adequate. portions and taste were good.
Taxi service are tied up with Hotel so one has to pretty much pay what the taxi guy says but I think it's the scene across Goa. They have not allowed ola/Uber to take roots so union writ runs.

DO NOT BOOK A PLACE AT THIS PROPERTY. Worst place. Do not recommend to anyone. We had a late night flight and had contacted the property before booking itself that we were a family of 4 of us, and if we'd be allowed to stay and book one room just for a couple of hours, and they said yes, it is possible. After arriving, they said its not possible and spoke extremely rudely to us and spoke wrongly about our family. The front desk lady and man (kulvinder and peter) were extremely arrogant and had no sense of respect. She even told us to get out of the waiting lobby. DO NOT BOOK A PLACE AT THIS PROPERTY.

I request you all not to book here especially family and married couples
1. They don’t really care about anything. You have part your bike or Car out side the gate and they don't have the security.
2. Room and washroom has so many cockroach and we informed in the reception about this, but they didn't care about it.
3. Washroom was not at all clean and the towel was also not clean.
4. AC was not at all working. Reception lady said it will turn on in 10 mins, but it was not working.
5. We ordered a dinner (Fried rice and Chicken Pagoda) from the resturant at 8.45PM and they served at 9.50PM. If you ask also they won't listen. Food was really worst.
6. Google photos and the actual look of the hotel won't match.

We stayed in Goa for 4 days and this was our 4th night stay hotel. This was our worst experience in Goa.

Kindly explore the nearby hotels for short stay. You will get another good options nearby.

The lady at the reception at time of check-in was unpleasant, made us not want to go to reception again. Saw another lady at reception, asked her about local areas she was clueless, may be she was new, but she was pleasant atleast. Rooms and towels were not clean especially the bathroom, there was also match sticks from previous guest in the room. We adjusted since we were only going to be there for sleeping. Other hotels we stayed in goa provided 2 1litre bottles complimentary, here it was 2 500ml. Overall no one from our party of 4 liked the experience of staying here. This also might be due to the first impression while checking in.

Stayed here for a night on a business trip. The location is very near to the airport and there is ample parking space. However few things need to be improved. The rooms need maintenance especially the washroom taps. The water flow through the shower is negligible and there was no bucket provided. The AC started leaking late at night and i had to call the housekeeping. Breakfast menu has limited options. Also for dinner fish and mutton was not available, only chicken. Also when i entered the room and checked the refrigerator, some stale food from the last guest was still there. The property is good but things need to be improved for making the stay good.

hotel is far off from the bogmalo beach. it is away from any civilization. there are no shops nearby. its unsafe for female travellers as there is nobody near the hotel area and is surrounded by forests. the rooms are below average. tv was not working. pillows were uncomfortable. room was not clean. hotel staff said they wont provide any cutlery if we order food from swiggy or zomato. overall not a good option if you want to stay near bogmalo beach. the only good thing was that it is near the airport.

It is an OK budget hotel. Expect cockroaches, centipedes in the shower! I had kept the lights ON all the time just to avoid these. Breakfast is hopeless as they have a couple of dishes that are OKOK. Coffee is charged seperately, which is wierd!! Not happy with the quality of towels provided.

There is an airfield nearby apart from airport so loud noises from plan are common...Luckyly it is not in the nights.
