Exceptionally friendly and polite staff! Our group was highly satisfied with the hotel service. If you are visiting with your friends group, you should definitely stay here. The rooms were medium sized and clean. The view from the hotel was great. It was a very pleasant stay there.

The location was good and had a river view so felt nice. We stayed in the suite room which had basic minimum things, though quality was slightly compromised. But we enjoyed the stay. Price was little high for that suite room. Breakfast was good with 1 indian dish and bread and can have complimentary omlette which was good enough in taste.

It's a nice, cute little place. Marina was delightful as a host. The location is conveniently close to the beach and while the river view is amazing, Marina recommended that we don't go swimming there since the current is aggressive in the river. Anyone interested in bird watching might like the morning view of Brahmini Kites etc hunting over the river. The only two negatives were that we faced some issues with getting hot water in the room. Thankfully that was temporary. The other was the menu. It is limited and i totally wished there was more food that we could have ordered to eat while enjoying the view. However, the staff are so sweet, they accommodated some off menu but basic requests for omelette toast etc. All in all a nice sweet place to stay at for a quiet vacation. There are several places like Mike's walking distance from here in case you want to go out to eat, shopping etc.

just a thing they must change : Curtains. They've very thin curtains, so you have to wake up too early due to bright sunlight. curtains cant avoid light to enter in the room. Apart from this, Overall Best experience.

This is a great place to stay in South Goa, with a beautiful view of Sal river from room balcony. The hospitality is superb, and the staff is extremely courteous and attentive. Our stay felt home-like and comfortable.

Easily one of the best places to stay in Cavelossim and friendly on the pocket as well. Extremely peaceful. We got one of the standard rooms with the river view and it was extremely soothing to sit on the balcony and enjoy my drink as the river gently flowed.

Coming to the rooms, the standard rooms are not that spacious but sufficient for two people. For families with kids, I would suggest the suite room. Each room is equipped with all the essentials (fridge, AC e.t.c.). The bathrooms are clean and spacious.

Staff behaviour is extremely nice. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis on request.

Parking space is less. However, we went there when the season was just about to start and hence we did not have any issues with parking.

Don't expect lunch or dinner here as they don't have a fully fledged restaurant. You can have your breakfast here (they'll charge 500/- extra per day for that). However, there are ample good restaurants nearby. For breakfast, I would recommend Cafe Nash. For lunch and dinner there's Fisherman's Wharf, Mike's Place e.t.c.

We stayed here for 4 nights in the wooden cottage. Rooms are good along with mini fridge, locker and hot water cattle. 24/7 running hot and cold water is available in the bathroom. Room is quite enough for 2 people to stay.
They provide free car parking. Main attraction of this hotel is the Sal River. They have 2 cottages along side river with river view balcony. Balcony is quite spacious with 2 chairs and a table. It's just over the river balcony.

Food options are limited but good in taste. One can talk to the chef and guide him if you want some changes in the food.

the stay was pleasant.. rooms are good too.. they maintain cleanliness as well.. being on the bank of sal river is an added advantage.. you can get to see fishes n birds as well.. only drawback is the complimentary breakfast.. which is not upto the mark at all.. they need to really work on the same..
