Hotel Goan Heritage

It's a beach side resort. Rooms were nice but Service was pathetic. Waiting waiting waiting for meals though taste wasn't as per expectation. Management need to be focused on service side. Customers should be first priority. Thanks rest all good.

Please save yourself and your hard earned money, apart from it's location, there is nothing special about this hotel. The service is poorest of the quality I've come across, there is no smile or any welcoming gesture on arrival, all the staff looks tared and fed up of their duties, rooms look like they got renovated last in 1990's, the swimming pool attender duped us by selling away used swimming shorts, the complimentary breakfast offered was terrible. There was simply no taste in any of the food. It is not worth and there is no value for the money you spend by staying here.

Relaxing place to stay, quite atmosphere. Wonderful location at beach and awesome service. We stayed 3 nights I loved there service. Staff takes one extra step to make your stay better..room service makes room every day, gives feeling like a fresh and clean room. At bar and restaurant staff was very respectful and eager to serve and very welcoming atmosphere..if you want something they don't have in the house they will make it available as soon as possible. My favorite person is Swming pool guy..keep it up.

Excellent location. Right on the beach. Food is average. Dine in experience wasn't good. Well maintained Swimming pool. Good for stay with family. Parking is available.

Old property.. needs maintenance. The service is poor maybe due to lack of staff. Ok breakfast. Location on the beach is great. But far away from all happening places. So becomes inconvenient if you want to enjoy clubs and good eateries.

Little disappointed with the hotel this time. We stayed here 3 times before and the feel was excellent but this time it was not that good.

*Booking and Checkin* - Well they dont reply fast and even when they reply, its half information. During checkin I was made to feel like I am lying. And surprisingly concerned booking person was totally unavailabke to confirm the things.

Rooms and Accommodation - Finally after one and half hour of discussion we go the desired rooms with extra charges which we were ready to pay from the start. Rooms are well maintained and clean.

Food - We had only breakfast here. Its average in terms of taste and presentation. One might have to wait for table if hotel is running @ more than 70% capacity.

People and Staff - Except 3 to 4 guys(Old staff) all other seems to be very rude.

Location - The best location and is the only reason we choose this hotel. With direct entry to beach you have choice of watersports and beach side shacks. Many restaurants, wine shops, bike rental and other daily needs are very near.

Amenities - Swimming pool is well maintained by Mr Simon. Gym and games room are out of order.

Goan Heritage is a great place for to stay and enjoy. especially for families it offers all that is needed. Food quality is good, housekeeping is prompt and the green lawns and trees is an amazing view. Easy to beach and saves lot of time. also it's 5 mins walk to the Calangute market area where u get everything that you need. so overall a great place to be and enjoy.

Just loved the location of Goan Heritage Hotel. Right on the beach. Just a small door between the boundary of the hotel and the sea and beach . Fantastic location at calangute beach. We were in a group of 45 to 50 people. The food and service were very good. Prompt service. The rooms were good....not 5 star but still ok. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool. Enjoyed my stay there.
