Secret Garden

It is a good deal for the price. But if you are looking for a luxurious 5star resort stay, it’s not for you. The resort is near the agonda beach, it has a pathway leading to the beach. We went during monsoon, the huts were shut, rooms were neat and washroom were clean, bed bugs was a bummer. Like the name says the resort is like a secret garden with beautiful plants and trees.

It was a pleasant stay at secret gardens. 50m away from the beach l. The rooms were hygienic. The staff are so helpful. One of the guy - Dez he's is superb his approach was quite good what ever the queries you have he is ready to resolve on any given time. There's a near by cafe which was owned by secret garden.. Food was delicious. It was a good stay overall.

Great location, right infront of the beach. Very less expensive compared to the other beach side resorts.
It has electric kettles in every room with some tea and coffee options. Rooms are clean, so are the linens.
It however lacked some basic amenities like shampoo and everyday drinking water.

It was okayish one night stay. It is near beach and we could hear the beach waves all the time. Beautifully planted trees inside resort. Breakfast was provided in near by restaurant. There is no power backup in this resort is a major drawback. We actually had to wait outside for around 15 minutes because it was hot with out power. Rooms were of quality though. Genuinely clean and comfort for the price. Breakfast was ok too.

No staff to cater for needs. No basic management.
We booked the room for 3 days, of which, most of the times there was no light in our room, where as other rooms had light. On enquiry, the owner/ management guy simply said power cuts are in phase manner. You will have to manage.

I stayed there for 3 days. The living space & ambience is very nice. But the behavior & Transaction of the owner and mens staff (Watchmen / Caretaker) there is not right at all. They show very dirty attitude while dealing with customers.

Wonderful. 100 meters from beach. Well maintained. Super Clean rooms, good WiFi, electric kettle. Near by good restaurants and general store. Calm, peaceful and greenery surroundings. They provide laundry services.

I was looking for cool and calm place for vacation which is outside the urban ambience and opted for Agonda beach in south Goa. Booking was done online through Agoda app, and we have opted hotel “Secret Garden”. While visit to the hotel I found it with good ambience, very silent and mind refreshing location which is away from loud music and give a peace of mind while stay. Hotel is on beach and offer sea facing hut and rooms. Very nice, decorated rooms on affordable price. Direct booking may be more affordable. Owner of the hotel “Mr. Godwin” is a thorough gentle man who provides us all required support during our stay including airport pick and drop. The offered price for hotel and food was so reasonable. I tried to investigate the stay and food options nearby however I could not, connect with those. The options available are very inflated in price for stay as well as options on food.

Pros: affordable price and sea view huts and rooms. Restaurant “Hidden Garden” is awesome, supportive and well-behaved staffs, Owner provided support to the best possible extent

Cons: not much information available while you book through online App. Mobile number of hotels listed on online platform is wrong. Its better to get in touch with “Mr. Godwin” directly for booking
