My all time holiday destination ❤️ Visiting this gem since 2011 every single year! The staff and Food Shack is the highlight of this place. I am so glad I found this place ❤️ ambient and peaceful beach. Good crowd and vibe. This is the best place if you want to disconnect from this World.

This is one of the most mind-blowing places in Mandrem region. This spot is reasonable for financial plan inn sweethearts with a subject of yoga and contemplation. This is place has a pleasant ocean side view café and the food in the eatery is exceptionally delightful. The costs are sensible and great. This spot is ideal to go with loved ones.

My repeat stay at Dunes. It's just got better - the rustic style is upgraded with some infrastructure spend. On the beautiful beach. Friendly service. Superb restaurant (slightly above average price justified by the quality and location right on the sea). Want to return soon (too bad i have to leave tomorrow). And did I mention that the cottage rentals are totally pocket friendly for a tightwad like me!

Nice place to dwell. Excellent wifi and coworkers space. Manager is always helpful. Ideal for yoga retreat or homeworking

Great location, great spot, great energy, beach access + beachfront restaurant, good food, upkeep/maintenance on the cottages can be improved.
Laundry, stores, couple cafés very close, fairly calm neighbourhood for Goa.

Vry nice view, cool shack, Take special burger (very big and very tasty) or chicken tikka (lot of pieces of boneless and tender chicken. The beach is quiet and wild far away touristic beaches like Baga or Calangute. Very relaxing. Few people. You will love it

This place is" Feels" All the good, cozy and peaceful kind of vibe is what you get here, right next to the beach and to add to it, they have a wonderful cafe/resturant overlooking the beach with delicious food. The best in Mandrem, Goa
All the staff members are very courteous, even at the restaurant. The owner James is very hospitable and humble.
Want to return soon (too bad i have to leave tomorrow).
