Novotel Goa Candolim

First location it’s very close to all major tourists attractions. Excellent restaurant and very kind support and hospitality from chef till the end. Room is extremely clean and Gopu from housekeeping is really great in keeping the room clean. Any vaccination to GOA I would prefer only Novotel. Excellent place and very safe for ladies and kids

everything in the hotel was great. they have all amenities spa, pool, in house boutique, gym etc, the location is superb , the rooms are very clean and well maintained. however the area of improvement could be the staffs at the reception. we booked the highest category of rooms however even after several requests to shift us to a same category pool view room (which was possible) the management was quite rigid that they did not have those rooms available till the last day of our stay. we have stayed in their other property Novotel resort and spa (candolim) in 2021 which is at a walking distance from this property and the staffs over there are high quality and extremely well trained and well behaved. that's the only area of improvement.

2 night stay as part of a tour group. A really lovely stay. Staff were very polite and food was very tasty. Compliments to the head chef who came and greeted us all. We all had a go in the fish spa and enjoyed very much. Blanche gave good encouragement as my first time. An all round good couple of days. Would definitely recommend.

Very cooperative and helpful staff. John who checked us in was very polite and helped us with certain navigation options within the city. The ambience and pool facility is amazing. My kid and our family had a great time. Thank you and wishing you the best

I visited Goa just few days back and like majority people myself too kept an eye on a budget trip as we were 3 bachelors and the main focus was on a proper and safe stay. I came across this property and contacted them the owner santana herself took the phone and found like she was a person with great attitude and heart and one who knows how to treat a guest very politely by taking care of their needs and make them feel comfortable like their second home.

The location is near to Calangute beach ( Just 600 meters walking distance) which helps guest to experience a ease in shopping as well as online food delivery is also available in this area, the room was very clean and everything was working properly. If you are looking for a budget and safe stay in a place like Goa, sure you can go for it even if it's single, group or family ( specially mentioning budget stay as same is not any resort hash posh type)

the stay was good overall. initially the room had problems with mosquitoes n all but later it was changed by the hotel to a better wing. the credit goes to mr. sabyasachi who is the housekeeping manager. he took initiative & helped. breakfast quality was moderate. clean & safe environment. hotel staffs were nice & courteous.

Excellent Stay, location, ambience, service, food all top notch. The best part is the food be it Breakfast or Lunch or Dinner it was awesome.A special thanks to Mr. Amulya (M-Chef) and rest of the serving guys. Please do ask for Odia style Crab Curry (À la carte basis) it was delectable, Scrumptious!Just 2 advise, 1st - please provide shower handle bit lower so that children can also use it without taking help. The shower handle was way too high for 8–9-year kid to use it. Secondly please ask your room service guy to change the bedsheet in regular basis if a guest has requested, in our case he had simply used the same bedsheet by flipping it upside down and vis-à-vis. (No complain had raised in hotel by us) Pros: Ambience, Location, Food, Service.Cons: Hardly any in our stay period

Well overall I would say that your location was excellent and a very child friendly hotel. But for the cost and price your room quality was very poor. The room size as well as the room itself was not well maintained, it looked very old and dated. The AC stopped working very frequently. The breakfast was decent. I feel your rooms need to be revamped greatly.
