Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa

Stayed for 4 Nights. Experience was good.
Rooms- Well maintained and well laid out rooms. Best thing about room was sofa , which can be converted into a full bed comfortable for an adult to sleep over.
Staff- Very friendly and Pro active. Well trained and well groomed. Their uniform though was bit funny.
Service- Excellent, though tend to be slow at times but must be due to guest overload and not intentional
Breakfast Buffet- Was a bit of disappointment. Although staff tried their level best to enhance the experience but than nothing can make up for sheer lack of taste and monotonous menu.
Food- Ordered a few items in room service, however taste was not upto the mark or rather poor.
Swimming Pool- Quite small and devoid of excitement.

We had booked a 2 night stay. The service and hospitality was commendable. There is kids activity, play area, swimming pool. The rooms Re compact but they are clean and offers everything required. The breakfast and lunch , dinner options are very good. Overall we had wonderful stay. The staff is very good and makes u feel home.

Very good property. All veg restaurants are near by. All beaches are near by. Staffs are so nice and extremely good behaviour. Very good children play area. Swimming pool awesome with lots of balls to play. 💯

I absolutely loved the stay. Pool was small and the kids loved it.. They spent a lot if time there. There was a kids room to play and my daughters loved playing in it. The room was spacious and was good for 4 people. Bathroom had a tub which we loved.. Breakfast menu was good as well. They had even kept a post hangover drink to take away hangover before breakfast which was very yhoughful.

The Service was exemplary and people friendly especially at the Restaurant. There was some confusion with our room package which wasted a lot of our time to get sorted. After which there was nothing to spoil our stay there... Yummy food spread, great rooms with bath tub. The staff makes sure 5 Star services are given out to each visitor. Great Location too. Good Job!

A nice quiet hotel, situated conveniently. Not on the beach, but all modes of conveyance are easily available. Rooms were nice, food was sobe. The hotel has a gym, swimming pool and meditation centre. Overall the experience was nice and the General Manager turned out to be an old colleague. Quite budget friendly also, from an overall perspective

Good points: nice location, one can access beaches, market, food junction easily. The breakfast was good. They have so many options available. Kids playing area was nice.cleaness is also good. Hotel staff was very nice and polite. They have arranged a cake for celebration.

Things needs to improve:

Breakfast service: we waited for our order for half an hour and still didn't received that. It happened for 2 days during our 4 day stay. Little improvement needed in quality of taste.
Room house keeping service: Same used towel was kept again for next day usage.

So overall it was a good stay. If one is planning to stay in North goa it can be considered as one of the good option.

This is a great little hotel and very good value. The hotel is not right on the beach but is well located for beach access. The rooms are very comfortable, the front desk staff very efficient and professional and service was great all around. Breakfast came with our room and it was excellent. We were helped by the very capable Ansar in the restaurant. There is a good gym and a pool and easy access to cabs etc. A great find and well worth the price.
