Very poor services, they return the parcels mentioning 'Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect' while other courier and India post delivers on the same address without any hassle. also, I do remember, one of my parcel was delivered after lot of escalation but packet was already opened and few chocolates were consumed by the delivery person. Better to avoid this courier company at least for Prayagraj location.

Worst service they have very cheep person in service they don't know the area and in correct address where I am sending detail from last 20 years without any issue they are saying wrong address what a joke.

They destroyed my daughter Rakha Bandhan. Please don't use their service.

They are fraud.
Everytime they update that incomplete address and unable to deliver.
Even they not deliver the product in the city. On every shipment they update that incomplete address/unavailable landmark. And there deliver partner never call you for the address, they even not give you update that product is out for deliver

I ordered a product and a logistics partner is bluedart . They are irresponsible. They haven't even contacted me and they updated that consignee payment is not ready ... Worst experience

Worst courier service, they didn't deliver the courier and not try to call the customer if they didn't find the delivery address. Seriously worst

I am not happy about service of Blue dart prayagraj. My packet send by air from chennai and they not delivered it with in time. Althoughit reached prayagraj in time. After three days i had call the customer care . After that they have given the time but again they have not deliver with given time.
Finally i gone there office to collect it.

Not satisfied with the employees. A few days ago, I was there to pick up my order, they took much time. Employees' behaviour is average. If your any order comes with blue dart Prayagraj office, go pick up yourself. Don't wait for the delivery boy.

Very bad service. Waiting for my shipment from Nov 25, but nobody is calling me, and I am getting msg everyday for delivery. On their website they are mentioning that the consignee has been shifted to another place. Even if I am shifted to another place, they should have called me to confirm the address.
