Ekart logistics (Enstakart)

My order was there in the office but the manager refused to give me because he didn't want to search my shipment in the load. How bad and irresponsible behaviour of the manager is? I request you all to get your product through the delivery boy not from the office. My product should be delivered at my door step but it didn't happen. Even before this I had personally asked him not to cancel. And the product was in the office but he refused to give me. I don't know who wrote it as 'enstakart' but it should be lazykart.
The worst thing about ekart is they don't have option to talk to customer care executive to solve the problems.

Very bad service. They keep your parcel and do not deliver them.

Very Bad service, since last 3 days I am getting message that today parcel will be recieved, but no one came yet to receive.phone is also off.

Tha people are very useless, they call for the goods, come and take them themselves and talk to the wicked people.
