they never Deliver the package at the given Address and Every time says we can't deliver it to you, it's your fault to choose our service why you choose us.
if you want your consignment, come and collect either we will send it back.
So please anybody will suggest to me what we can do in this situation while your package is very urgent for you and they are making a delay?
should we beat them by rod?

This very bad corrier centre bcz he does not receive phone and Does not do service on time
I think DTDC should take action to this centre
They are not benefit for your future marketing .

We visited for courier service and Person sitting there has listen to our queries carefully.

Really Dispappointed! Not received the phone call since a long..Just did a formality of giving intimation to customer then not any response..Very bad courier service..Should be banned by DTDC.

Very poor service..had a worst experience at this ofc here..order was for khanna,punjab and they send to Delhi 🤦🏻 order sent on 19/10 still not reached on 26/10 as it is lying in delhi..proper details was provided to the person who took my order still he made mistake in noting it..when ask ki whats diff b/w u And other dtdc ofc in city he said ye wala company ka ofc h vo sab log distributors h apne according paisa charge krte h..dikh gya bhai sab dikh gya at least name to khrab mat kro dtdc ka..they are the best in business..dtdc kindly take action pls🙏🏻
