Really bad experience.. not even once but again and again this service manages to disappoint people. Sad thing is when you order something it seems there's only one courier service in Aligarh location. You'll get message that your courier could not be delivered, even without given any call on number. Also delivery guys are awesome. Will not mention any name but really they're so awesome that they're not able find location in small city.
You guys really need to improve your service!!

I give 2 stars because BlueDart as a company is good and delivers packets on time to their regional office.

As far as this branch is concerned, IT IS THE WORST. They held my consignment for 10 days and did not deliver. I checked on their tracking portal everyday and they displayed the same message everyday. "Not delivered. Landmark not mentioned." I live near a landmark building which is easily visible on google maps. They did not call even a single time. The worst experience ever.

They never deliver parcel at given address. I have been to their hub many times to get my corrier. they are Worst and totally useless. They never pick the call and never gives right information. Sharam kro 🙏

The never come to pickup , no call , no delivery, fraud company . They take franchise just for earn money not for work. BlueDart irresponsible . Just make penalty 1 lakh to those who don't come to receive parcel & cancelled the agreement for those franchise who don't want to work . I escalate but from 10 days they are not come to pickup the parcel. So the order cancelled. I think everyone file case against these companies due to their fault by I am bearing penalty.

my prepaid parcel is not delivered and on the system it is updated as delivered.. BlueDart does nothing but cheats with people

My prepaid item though reached. Aligarh has not delivered so for.showing “delivery attempted but”. No contact on phone.very urgent product but I am waiting for 3 days + Sunday.don’t know what to do.item related paytm mall

Worst worst courier service, already been 20 days and still have not received my parcel, which suppose to be received in 4 days . Worst part is their customer support number is not connecting even. Really this is my first and last interaction with blue dart. Please don’t use their services really very bad

Ok as most reviews mine is also same.They don't call you on delivery and say that address is wrong.You have to go many kilometres to the hub to pick yor shipment.Disgusting somebody have to file complaint on against them to some government forums.
