Lack of home delivery

They aren't providing home delivery. Very unprofessional, Usually, called the peoples to pick the parcels from their office. What kind of courier service is this? We're paying you to get parcel at our doorstep so its all your responsibility to deliver it rather then calling us to pick the parcel from DTDC office. If you're not able to deliver, please shut office by immediate effect.
