Blue Dart Courier Service

Very bad service
From hour I am waited
Nobody at shop
To get my parcel
There company say there. Delivery agent are not allowed to to use phone on time of work

Then how will they will find the
House
If they can't able to deliver then God knows what will happen
If you call at Blue dart customer service
They say will will try to deliver your products tomorrow again
Nothing happens
Then i finally have to go to Blue delivery station

To collect the parcel

Initially I had issues with them 2 times for my shipment which wasn't delivered on time.

But for last 3 times, they provided timely and good service.

I hope this branch will keep their services as promising, for which Bluedart is known & stands apart from the crowd.

Blue dart is the worst courier service and in bulandshahr it is worst of worst. they get parcel in station on time but they dont deliver it for days. On tracking they shows incomplete and incorrect address and if you will call customer service they keep on promise for deliver in next day.

Worst services..I did not expect they will open my courier and they will check 😡🤬

Pathetic service, i talked to the customer service someone named Riya , ahe was just giving me the counters and no solution of the simple query i have, and disconnected the call when i was in the middle of explaining my situation to her, pathetic blue dart pathetic did not expect the this from a reputed company like you. Pathetic!!

Why you guys updated this status "No Such Consignee At The Given Address" without even reaching us out.
Worst courier.
Will escalate this to the higher level.

Very bed Sarvice of this Corior
I will complaint to merchant to not give the parcel to this Corior they never deliver parcel on time always i go to the office and than take my packet very very very very bed experience

Worst delivery service.
