Worst staff ever. Not delivering at my address asking me to pick somewhere else parcel was supposed to be delver within 5 days from hyderabad from 3rd may to 7th at kanpur hub only! When asking for exact time arrogant staff dropped the call! Worst

Worst....of all. Never ever go for these services. Speed post is best from indian govt. These people are highly irresponsible and no sense of duty. Not taking calls no reply of msgs. U people must shut down ur services if not able to do it properly

If you ask that why you are not delivering my parcel on time , they simply reply that we ll refuse it n send back if you ask such questions. Jab time milega deliver kar denge . Don't call again n again . Highly unprofessional attitude .👎

Worst one ever in my experience. Staffs are irresponsible and least bothered about the parcel and not ready to hear us. They have got a branch in orai and even then these lazy guys are asking me to come and get from Kanpur. Very bad and pathetic experience.

Worst service ever experienced. No responsibility.. Probably they don't know what their service is.
This branch is a shame to DTDC.

WORST SERVICE SPECIALLY KANPUR KIDWAI NAGAR BRANCH, EVEN THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS.WORST EXPERIENCE, 0 STAR

Shipment number 700010749360 was shipped from my office to Kanpur during WFH. Neither delivery person called me nor he came on delivery address and just updated the remark online that RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ANOTHER DAY. Shippment has not been delivered yet. No one from DTDC giving any update
