Customer response is very bad

For exchange offers on cellphones this courier person was so inexperienced and unskilled, Also fear of losing the job, they tell negative speech to the customer and return the product without the knowledge of the customer. It was poor service by blue dart delivery.

Courier service totally inexperience and unskilled, very much bad customer service. They are bullying the customers instead of support them. Sad to say this.

Not that much level .we need to go & collect their store itself .Too much of delay .Not a proper co- ordination .Need to improve their service quality .Just opinion
