Good service and customer friendly

Never ever book a courier in Cuddalore DTDC. One of the uttermost worst service provider in Cuddalore. As per my bad experience (so many times) avoid Cuddalore DTDC.

Very bad behaviour from DTDC courier Cuddalore, they are not even responding correctly, don't ever use this courier service

FOR CUSTOMERS - From a customer perspective I had a terrible experience... If your parcel has to be self picked ( clearly mentioned by your vendor as "customer pick up" pls call customer ). Please ensure to track it and be there on or before it arrives!! Ideally the service person has to call the customer saying ' your parcel has arrived pls come and pick it' BUT chances are there that you will receive the call with some pathetic questions...

- Dear customers after connecting with the service person it seems the job is tough, yes it is!! And some customers are making it even worse speaking rubbish, which is so difficult to handle - immediate consumption of BP tablets or BP will shoot up !!

KINDNESS needs to be poured in during these tough times... Hope we can see some change in oneself...

Okay if your in nearby villages delivery not available, only we go and collect parcel.
