Blue dart DHL courier

Great customer service and charges are comparatively low when compared to other blue dart branches especially when compared with Bhavani and Erode! The charges difference between them is significant one! You'll realise when you enquire them! The way Adithya handles his customer is very good! Went there twice and I couldn't find any reason to go to other courier guys. This is a one stop shop for all your courier needs. Kudos to the team!

Worst customer service i have ever seen... Bcoz my shipment was returned without contact me. Blue dart person didn't try to reach me at given address. He was ask me to pick up the parcel 20KM from given address. The contacted person said to me, shipment will be deliverd next day to the given address. But the shipment was returned to Sender due to i was unreachable. Actually the blue dart person didn't try to reach given address.. That shipment is very urgent to me.. Already 6 days delayed.. The worst parcel service..

Poor service,have to wait for 4 days after the product was out for delivery

Courier staff are very irresponsible and no proper reply.

Great service, my courier was struck and with just one call, Subramaniam took the details and delivered it on time. He was kind and have updated upon delivery through WhatsApp chat.

The package was dealt with at most care right from the pick up. Excellent communication with the customer regarding the status of the package. Received it in proper condition. The owners are so user friendly and responsive. I would recommend them for any domestic and international shipment of large and small packages and documents. Safe and Trustable.
