I have heard a very very worst update a out the DDTC courier service in Ooty.. You people are never supposed to asked the person to come to yur office and collect the parcel.

Also demanding for money to collect the parcel is not a proper way unless the service charge are not paid by the sender.

DDTC is supposed to deliver the parcel to the "TO" address. How and what make yu people to ask the receiver of the parcel to come to yur office and collect the parcel?

If there is not correct response for this within 2 days it will be posted in all the social media platform and also in local channels.

Great experience courier was delivered within 2 days from Maharashtra within prescribed time and the staff was polite and they also guided me how to reach to the place and charges were quite affordable

Prices are too high... ooty to delhi for 2 kgs they charged rs.750.. Thankfully I cancelled the order...then via speed post it was jus rs.185 only.

The service is good however the access to this place is narrow and not easy to locate. Proper boards and signs should help.
