They only deliver to urban areas. Not rural areas. They say your location service not available. Amazon, flipkart, many other courier services are able to deliver product to my villege house door step delivery. At least they can ask us to come to a near by location and pick the parcel. But in my case I have to travel 17+ km to get the parcel. Which is not possible during office working hours. Raised a complain no action taken. Raised the complain to main DTDC office.

Very worst courier service. Every time they ask a customer to pick up the parcel from the office.. They are not doing delivery attempts..

Very lathorgic behavior from the staffs and not knowing valur of the parcel.. I Don't prefer paramathi velur DTDC..

Worst experience. Don't prefer DTDC in paramathi velur.
