Worst service no one given proper response. I never saw this kind of service all no switch off.

They charges higher price from customers usually the price for 1Kg is 100 rupees in my place (DTDC charging) they collected rupees 140 for 1Kg.

They are charging high, rather than the amount described by the DTDC. So everyone be little aware of these guys.

Good service, but crowded throughout the day.

Pathetic service. I used DTDC twice to send stuff my daughter in VIT. Though DTDC office is just opposite VIT main gate, they don't make efforts to delivery till hostel boundary gate, rather asked my daughter to come to main gate to collect. Blue Dart has office adjacent to DTDC but delivers till hostel gate.

This is the worst courier service I have ever seen. They won’t even deliver to place that is 2km from their office. Pathetic staff and pathetic service. If they can’t service a place nearby why do they call themselves a courier service. Just stay away from DTDC useless service.

Very poor behaviour and worst performance. The product has been reached from Mumbai to Katpadi within 2 working day. The deliver address is very near to the hub but the product was not delivered yet, the product was there in the hub for last 2 days. I do know still how many days i should wait for the product.
