Worst parcel service. Parcel had reached two day before to sathuvachari branch office. They had not delivered the product. It was company laptop the lady in the office is mis handled the parcel.

I had received the message from DTDC informing me that the address is wrong.

No one contacted me.Then I went directly and collected it.

I had why you mentioned wrong address she told there is no delivery boy for past 3 days.

Note : even in the box it's has returned handled with care. I asked the lady she just told sorry.

They are not providing Home delivery even if the address is in easily accessible location. We need to collect all the products from their office even if its heavy packages.
