they sending the parcel with care but responsing to the customers isn't very welcoming

70 rupees to send a mobile phone from bangalore to Ramanathapuram and 400 rupees to return the same parcel from Ramanathapuram to bangalore is this any justification

ST Courier on poor delivery service, I send a smart mobile parcel from Tirunelveli HUB . Still 4 days I didn't received that parcel in kilakarai, I called the Kilakarai branch and Madurai branch they told parcel is missed so we have rise police compliment., ST Courier Worst service. ST Management plz check your team. ( 29/4/21 not delivered, 5 days after the booking)

Please tell me what is the next procedures and how to claim our missing parcel??????
