Hi DHL charged Rs.4500 to send few medicines from Coimbatore to USA, the person Kasi & Sugavanam has informed that they will take care of all the documentations and shall courier it, however they didn't send the MEDICATION WORKSHEET which is mandatory in DHL & USA custom. These guys in India they know that medication work sheet with details like components of drugs, manufacture address, name contact number, expire date and many more has to be filed before parceling it yet due to LACK OF RESPONSIBILITIES they didn't fill it up.Now I am working with USA customs by providing the medication work sheet. To fill that form I called the drug store in India where those tablets where purchased and got all the detailed about the tablets.
If Sugavanam & Kasi was more responsible to fill these details as their part of job I wouldn't have faced issues here in USA customs. Please be very careful and aware before sending parcel through DHL, Coimbatore avinashi.

Worst experience.

A terrible experience. Overpriced form the start, very late delivery (paid for 3-5 working days but only arrived two weeks later, then forced to pay a large fee in cash to receive package. I would strongly advise using other couriers

You are always guaranteed speed shipping at DHL. If you are shipping documents for application to German universities, kindly ask the personnel to give you the standard discount. In my experience, admission documents reach within 3 days from india to Germany.

Very prompt service. Just took 3 days for a parcel to reach USA from coimbatore. Since upto 500 gms the charges are same, charges for my parcel weighing less than 50 gms seemed very high.
