Difficult to get hold of customer care. No calls from delivery guys and package returned as incorrect address just because delivery guys are lazy to do their job.

Delivery persons contact number not shared in delivery message. Blue dart office not available in the old bus stand to seelanaikkenpatti area. Very hard to find blue dart outlet in Salem. please open the office in old bus stand to seelanaikkenpatti area.

Received Message that my package 'delivered'. Informed their customer service package not arrived. Promptly replied and made sure that it was delivered within two days.

I have been waiting for my courier to get delivered to me from yesterday.. It reached salem by yesterday morning itself I'm only 15km distance and they have not yet provided my parcel... It's regarding my work and I need that to continue with my work... And the customer service is not even responding me properly about when they will give my parcel and not providing any contact number for kandampatti, salem branch. Giving 1 star only because they are picking the call whenever I make a call.
