Blue Dart Express Limited

Worst service that I'd never seen in my life. I sent parcel from Karur to Darjeeling. I sent in express mode and they charged 3024. They committed 3 working days. Now almost 7 days till now parcel not reached. They're taking money for express mode but they're sending in normal mode. They're cheating, even in normal mode it'll only take 7 days. I request everyone to think about this and before sending any parcel in bluedaBlir DHL.

Just a bunch of liars in the Karur office, kept updating the status as "No Such Consignee At The Given Address" without even attempting to deliver nor calling. have experienced more than once.

Excellent service. One of the fastest network to deliver goods. The customer service is better comparing other networks. It is a but expensive and at times they don't call the customer, if the address is out of delivery area. They resend the goods to the sender if the customer's deliver address is out of deliver area.

Rude guy at the reception not even bothered to answer the customer properly. I had gone to collect a courier I missed when delivery was attempted. He did not even have the patience to give a proper answer.

We do service with bluedart for 10 years and the service is as good as always ! Kudos to team.

Pathetic customer services in Coimbatore. without visiting the location and contacting via mobile. simply they are returning the couriers. even i tried to contacted so many time to your customer service, but no use....

sometime without delivery they are marking as delivered in the blue dart portals.

I had to drop the courier and the service was smooth. Also today I have received a courier from blue dart and they made the delivery on time. Communication before the delivery was great and the delivery person was very good in his work.

Cons- Map location is not showing the right place. And he asked me to pay 450 rs for 95 gram parcel. I went to dtdc, they charged 50 rs.

Pros- The security is giving sanitizer and the office is neat.
