Worse than worst service. Took 4 days to deliver the product after reaching puri itself, that too without any holidays in between. People at office don't recieve the calls too. I wish i could give negative stars n sue these people for being so lazy and late.

It sets the limit how worse a delivery service office can be. They have their own set of rules which product to deliver and which to not. When they they can't deliver at your doorstep they will give you a phone call to reach the office at a particular time only. You can't reach their office at opening time according to your convinience. By any chance it you reach their office at time specified by them the next biggest challenge is to find the doorway of the staircase to the office in first floor. I had a horrible experience while collecting a PAN card from them.

The worst of worst service. Guys at the office behave as if they are doing some free services and doing some favour. Their behavior is very rude and very very unprofessional. Puri is hardly 5kms in area & they will call u & ask u to take the courier on our own as they can't deliver it even when we have paid delivery charges also. Sometimes they say they din't find your address & sometimes that they don't provide service to our place even when my home is just 4 km away from their office.
And i'm not writting this based on my one experience. I am a regular buyer from Amazon & Tata cliq. which deliver products via blue dart and everytime this bluedart office people do the same thing.
Wish i could rate them in negative.

Good service provider as per company Goods & Cargo only depends On customer Needs.

The telephone representative and delivery staff are uncivilised.they donot know how to behave.they behave like minister of this courier service.not doing their service properly and harass people unnecessarily.they don’t understand what is the importance and duty of courier service.Apart from this they are misbehaving with us if we are raising voice against their service and asking the reason for non delivery of product to us.they are calling and asking people to collect parcel as they donot want to give parcel and giving reason that the location is out of their service.they refused to delivery the product to location which is 4kms from their office.

Nice courier facilities with more cooperative...😇
