Pathetic service... It takes them a week or so to deliver a courier within the city. They prefer customers to take delivery, instead of home delivery. For such kind of service a new scale should be brought in by with negative rating....Certainly a stain on Bluedart credibility...

service of blue dart is not upto standard. they are charging the highest price but they are not providing the service as per their charges.recently one man from blue dart come to deliver on e consignment to me. instead of delivering the consignment they simply sent one message that your address is not found. simply ridiculous. the appartment is in well known area of bhubaneswar.even after sending a mail they did not respond to me.

THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER , HAVE NOT DELIVERED PRODUCTS SINCE 15 DAYS..MAKING NONSENSE EXCUSES LIKE NO PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE ETC. EVEN THOUGH THE PARCEL HAS ARRIVED THEY DONT BOTHER TO CALL AND CONFIRM ADDRESS AND MAKE FAKE UPDATES LIKE UNABLE TO FIND LOCATION. ITS A REQUEST NOT TO USE SUCH DELAYED AND INSINCERE DELIVERY AGENTS.

I never seen my life courier boy begging extra money on prepaid order. While I receiving my order he request me to give rs.20 extra and his name is sayed bluedart cuttack courier boy...such a cheap courier service by BLUEDART Courier

I surprise every time my documents come through this sick Blu dart courier service. Unfortunately they mention something else on the tracking site (like door closed, not available, no extension number etc..) at their freewill and don't deliver the doc. Most of their phone number are either unanswered or inoperative. How these sick people get their job done through reputed banks I don't understand? I think there must be some middle men in between who make the contract and deal on commission, otherwise these kind of unprofessional, unprincipled and unworthy people can not make their business in today's buyer's market.

They are not delivering the product on time while giving false reasons on site. The customer care service is pathetic as no one receives any call rather putting call on hold.

Best courier service offered. This express serves best facility to customer for which they are satisfied.

Bluedart should shut down this place. Always wrong reasons are mentioned in updates by these people. my package is here since 4 days yet, no one calls me to check address or delivery, Bluedart customer care is always congested, and calls never get connected. literally a pathetic courier service. should have collected the package through Speed post. atlease Speed post has become littel better at service than Bluedart.
