XPRESSBEES COURIER

Very bad services. They don't ask the customer whether they want to return product or not. Straight way cancelled it. If we ask them to bring after an hour or in second half,they cancelled it. Very irritating. They don't even deserve one star.

They do not contact customer,but return shipment.Very Very bad service by xpressbees.

Express delivery and delivery agent's behavior also very friendly and professional

The people working here are not less than thieves. It's 5 days since the package says delivered but haven't received it yet. I sent mail to xpressbees, raised enquiry but they never responded. As the package was prepaid the delivery person just kept the package for himself.

Delivery staffs are not responsive @Cuttack, Orissa region. Delivery staff argue with me why not give exact address however provided address and exact address is just 3 min away. Even if I answered his query he repeat the same question repeatatively.

When I called customer executive to re-deliver that parcel and called him then he didn't response and marked the address as In-complete address which is really pathetic service.

Xpressbees courier has the worst service till now, they don't provide the delivery guy's number, they don't provide number of xpressbees warehouse. The single customer care number around the country is always busy. I wonder how big companies are associated with this type of service.

THEY ARE VERY FAST..DELIVERT AT NIGHT 11.30 PM UNWARDS.AS A PROOF I AM ATTACHING MY MESSAGE SCREENSHOT...ITS ALMOST BEEN A WEEK STILL I DIDNT RECEIVE ANY CALL ....NEITHER FROM THE DELIVERY PERSON NOR FROM XPRESSBEE CUSTOMER SERVICE.ALTHOUGH I HAVE TRIED TO CALL MANY TIMES AND ASKED FOR A CALL MANY TIMES....EVEN I HAVE SENT EMAIL 4 TIMES...STILL THEY ARE NOT BOTHER FOR A REPLY OR PROVIDING SNY KIND OF HELP...THEY SHOULD CHANGE THEIR NAME.
