Please dont use this couriour service its service is how much bad. I cant express. I send my document on 10th october but it not recived till 22nd october after so much calls to the agents they only maintain in tracking report the document is deliverd but physically the document not recived yet its my nesscery document. So i request you to dont go for this service .

Very bad service.. Requesting to cancel a order not doing it even not sending code to confirm the cancellation.. Am out if station still telling the order otherwise saying tell us where are u living exactly there we will give.. How can it be possible🙄🙄

Some delivery Person of this organisation are very unmannered, impolite. They picked up return product and submitted in another person name. How responsible person they are!

Very bad service.The delivery boy did not contact the customer and return the parcel remarking that the customer wants to open the parcel.Basudevpur in Bhadrak district of Odisha is such a distribution point I face today.

Very bad service. I need to return one product from Ajio, the delivery man should come and pick up the product today at around 1 pm, but inspite of that ,the man is arguing with me constantly,when I called him, he is saying he won't come as his office time is over at 3.47 pm.Seriously!!Your office starts at 11 am and ends at 3pm!! Without even calling me he has sent msg: delivery failed (at 1.43 pm).

Bad experience with this.Not giving good service. I had ordered something but I received that product after 2 weeks even they were not giving appropriate information about product. Even they didn't talk to me in a polite way plz take actions against it and plz change the DC incharge of Baripada Mr. Ranjan ku Tola. It's my humble request.
