Worst staff Your one of the delivery partner recived my order and told me that he will send the exchange order ID but he took tht product and ran away. Fraud staff.

Ekdum ghatiya service.. trying to call delivery person...not giving any kind of response... blocking calls to avoid customers

Cheapest service ever....I saw so many courier services but xpressbees is just worst..they do not pick calls and not even reach to the home adress and still update the fake remarks as delivery not possible due to customer wasn't available....so cheap

Worst Courier Services.. Never Bring parcel on time

Against lot many poor reviews, I was worried too if my parcel would reach me on time. However not only they attempted delivery on time but they also re attempted it as scheduled as I was not available when they came first time. Happy with the service

Bad bad bad service! The delivery boy was extremely rude. He was supposed to deliver the order on 4th June. Haven't recieved my order yet. I tried calling him many times but he didn't receive any of my calls. After that I called him from another no. and he told me my parcel "might be" at the padoli office. I got an sms today with another delivery guy's no. And guess what this guy's no. was switched off. Then I called the previous guy and inquired him about my parcel.. and then he said, "No. switched off aa rha hai to ab kya kar sakte hai!" Such irresponsible people.. I'm very much disappointed

Worst courier service in the world.
I had two bad experiences.
1. Pharmaeasy parcel (very essential medicines) was late by 1 week. And this delay is only due to chandrapur office
2. First cry parcel is late by 4 days and still not delivered.

The most common reasons is delivery boy is on leave.
And the same reason is provided in both cases.
And you can't pick up parcel from the office.

Order are ready to deliver at there office but they don't even deliver the order even after sending message of out for delivery. The delivery boy do not even makes a call for delivery. My order was pending at their office for 2 days but they did not delivered untill i went and collected it by myself.
