It is a very good & fast Courier service. I think so it is the best Courier service in Dhule. U can track the parcels also. Above ashush Chinese corner

Worst service. Parsal not delivered

I want to give 0 star rating. Absolutely useless delivery service. Not ready to give door to door delivery inspite of taking complete payment. They harass the customer to travel to another location to collect parcel or pick up the delivery from their office. Absolutely not recommended.

DTDC person is good and service is also good. Be there before 2PM , if you want to ship your parcel on that day. There shipment gets loaded around 2-3 PM.

If one has ever used the services of DTDC it is evident that the company doesn't provide any kind of training to its staff. They lack even the basic sense of how to talk to the customer. I have always had much better experience with India Post. Please avoid DTDC at all costs so that you dont have to deal with unskilled and illiterate staff.

Good prices, plenty of tracking information and most importantly parcels arrived pretty much on time in another place

Worst courier service I have ever experienced
They deliver courier at origin address and not at destination when I contacted them they claim that by mistake they did wrong delivery.
And now they are doing nothing
