Worst courier service. They deliver the package to a wrong address and won't take responsibility for it.
The office owner ignores the calls of the customers and if he does he'll manipulate you by saying"Sir ,15 minutes me call krta hu".
I would not recommend this courier service. Blue dart is a better option.

VERY BAD SERVICE...!!
I had sent courier from pune, but refused to deliver at address stating unprofessional reasons.
Asked to pick up from OFFICE.
Delivery Person is also VERY RUDE.
Strongly suggesting do not go with this courier service.

I have had two parcels sent to my home with this courier service. However, I was always called to the courier office to pick up my parcels, and my home is within city limits. The reason given was they did not have delivery executive to ship further. To be fair, there is a delivery executive opening poster pasted outside the office. Office opens after 10.30 am.

Good but sometimes they didn't delivered to our doorstep we've to go there.
