The store is centrally located, has varieties of models. The service of Mr. Senthil is great! Overall a happy experience in purchasing my laptop! Got cash back as well.

This store is very big and at very good location in Vellore near to Cristian medical College (CMC Hospital). Actually i visited here first time. Because i need one product and suddenly i got it. People they are working here are very humble and supportive. So i gave rating of this Dell Exclusive store 10 out of 10 because of good products and for good behaviour also.

Service is good but they charged me more as others exclusive store do...

The store representative was very polite and customer centric. Even though the battery I bought was pricey compared to online, the service and customer experience was good. I guess the name of the rep is Senthil. He was well mannered and customer centric.

Dissatisfied on one thing. I had chosen Dell over Hp for one reason... customisation. Dell guys here promised to customize the model I chose. After purchase all I got was lame excuses. "Better to not to commit what you can't do" is the only advice I can give them.

As far as pros are concerned, that guy Senthil is having sound knowledge about what they sell. Helps promptly for selecting right model for our purpose. Also wireless keyboard & mouse are cheaper here than Amazon. They had promised to give a headphone with mic worth 3000 rupees for just 1000 rupees for the laptop I had purchased. I was asked to wait for 45 working days. Let me see how far this is true. May be I will edit/update my review after receiving it.

But am not happy with customisation I had requested.

Update:
After my above review was posted, the RAM upgrade has been done in a week at my residence by DELL showroom guys.

Received that headphone on the immediate next day after RAM upgrade.

Changing from 3 stars to 4 stars.

Seller is rude and they are not giving GST printer bills only giving hand written bills and pricing the products higher than MRP, dell company customer care please take this has note and take action.
