Worst experience, just got broken keyboard in return.
I visited because few keys in my Laptop has not been working properly and they suggested to replace the entire keyboard but I requested to clean the dust inside and try, for that they ask me to wait for 30mins but 2 hours was over still nobody attended after that a guy came and try to remove the keyboard for cleaning actually he didn't even know how to remove. Finally few keys came out from the keyboard and at that time 3 hours over. Still he tried to remove the keyboard asked help from his senior but he was busy. I lost my patients and don't do anything return it as in initial stage. They tried to put back the broken keys but they can't..then taken it to somewhere for fixing and brought back with keys fixed.(5hrs over)
Once I returned home I came to know they pasted the keys with glue!!!!! They thought their customers are fool and can simply cheat.
They don't value your time and provide irresponsible answers.

I gave HCL laptop for repair since two weeks. They are not picking up phone to answer. Such a pathetic service, I don't recommend this shop.when I went to shop to collect my laptop, shop owner asked me to delete the review.A lady in the shop started to argue with me in arrogance and insulted me.I hope most of the 5 star ratings are fake.

I have hard disk problem.... I lose my data also .... They give me ssd hard disk suggestion for quick processing method.... Immediately they will change ssd hard disk... It will be very fast working in windows 10.... After four days they will recovery past five years data ...thankyou very much.....

I will give my laptop no power on condition..... Motherboard issue ...very shot period they will be clear my problem... Motherboard service just 1800 rupees only.....good service...very kindly speech ....

My system is too slow and then contact alfa systems to upgrade ssd harddisk.
Now my PC is working too speed .thank you so much ALFA SYSTEMS...
