Cheaper products I mean in terms of quality

The peripherals are either extremely outdated or they are some generic off brand products, even basic products like a proper router, mechanical keyboard, good quality mouse, printers aren't available here. Even assuming that there is no such market for those products here they could easily provide better quality and the recent products for which there is a demand for, the processors are outdated, the laptops are outdated and even assuming that there is no demand for the recent products, then the products should be priced at their current market value, they r still priced for their launch time sticker price same as the current models, this is a total scam on the people and I suggest everyone to consider looking into other sources

My suggestion would be to get products from Amazon than to get it from then as they r cheaper and more realiable, I went in to get a D-Link switch for which they charged me 1990rs. For the 2015 year model that's worth 850rs. Now and I got the 2018 model from Amazon for 1105rs.

They own a wide range of products. Purchased LAN cable and ethernet adapter which were good quality.

Good and kind way of interaction to the customer.
Service was accurate as per needs in a nominal cost.

Very worst customer handling, one girl who is sitting inside shop behave like owner of the shop and way of replies not in proper manner , Not aware of the product and if we ask anything talking irrelevant topics.
