I bought my laptop here, two years back. The service offered then was courteous although there was no price subsidy. The stuff was original, but two years down the line. The laptop has become faulty and gone extremely fragile, I tried to service it here and this review is primarily for their service which is horrendous. A laptop which they sold can't be serviced by the original service center, would certainly not be keen in buying HP laptop and definitely not from this place.

Worst store in nagercoil. They dont care about anything after sales. There only mind set is sales sales only. They registered the ms office with their personal email now we dont have anything to reinstall the software. We asked the login of the email they forgets the password. Very bad better don't go.

Very very worst service. I bought a printer in July month 2022 at ACT computers nagercoil. No one came to our home for installation Till 25.1.2023. I asked to service center to install printer, he replied me, take printer to his home for installation and wifi issue.

Worst hp store. Got disappointed by the price. Better to buy hp laptops from tirunelveli or Lulu mall trivandrum. Seller trys to sell old stocks.. Customers please be aware. I bought two laptops here.. worst customer service.. Rate is too high.. we can get same laptop in other stores at low prices… Only old stocks… new models not available.. u have to order and wait for 14 days.

The worst mistake I have ever done was giving my HP workstation here. This center is not authorised or anything, the staffs who work here knows nothing about techs. They erased my workstation without getting any permission from me. They gave us a bill for not doing anything but made my workstation worse. The staffs didn’t give any proper explanation for doing such stuffs

Laptop service is worst, staff here are not working properly in laptop repair,They just change keyboard, OS, everything for money and at the last laptop won't work, staff here are not taking responsibility to solve the issue
