Excellent service.

Though the vehicle given to us had 60,000km on the odo, it felt just as fresh and new like my 20,000km run Ertiga back home. It was that well maintained.

Best. They are the best. The owner, each employee. Such nice people. I hired Fortuner for first two days. Nice, clean and brand new car, very affordable. For other two days I took magnite and sonet, also in good condition. Pick up-drop from any point in Goa available, that’s a big plus because it will save you around 2-3 thousand.

Started from good but ended with worst customer service.
Day 1: Got the car before time. Car interior was good but the exterior was full of scratches and dent/damage on rear bumper. Fuel level was almost empty. Wasted an hour to find petrol pump near by with a fear of running out of fuel.
Day 2: Around 11:30 pm met with an accident near their office at Candolim because of the group of cattle suddenly running on road due to fire crackers. The front right door got minor dent which was reported same time. One of their guy came for inspection and ensured that I don't have to pay any charge for it, since this was unavoidable accident.
Day 3: I used the same car with no further issues.
Day 4: Morning while returning the car, they came up with huge charge 5k for damaged caused. After a 30 mins argument I have to pay them the cost since I have to leave.
Conclusion:
Be safe from rental car services. They will charge you anything for a minor damage, even if it's caused by the nature which is completely out of human controls. Better to have a rented car with driver instead of self drive.

Can highly recommend, they collected us from the airport and took us to their office where our hire car was waiting. It was a lovely car, not very old and a pleasure to drive. They have a large fleet of cars which are all in excellent order. The staff are all very courteous and nothing is too much trouble. We returned the car after 2 weeks and they arranged for us to be taken back to the airport. This is the best service you will find in Goa.

Best car rental in North goa. They have plethora of cars and scooties available for rental according to one's need at very reasonable prices. One can also get a car here along with a driver. Also, the owner of the shop is really kind, polite and helpful. Definitely recommend everyone to visit here.
