Hulu Car Rental Candolim Goa

We rented a Hyundai i20 with pickup/drop at the airport in the last week of Dec 2019. On the previous day, on enquiring (since we did not get any message from Hulu), we were pointed to another car rental agent. We had to give all the details again to this person. The car was promptly delivered when we arrived at the airport, but was not clean - seats had all kinds of stains and smelly. The car itself ran well and served us all through our stay. However, we experienced a problem in returning the car at the airport. The person who was to collect the car was delayed. So, we had to wait on the highway near the airport for about 25 minutes early in the morning before he showed up. Luckily, we had some extra time due to an early start. Overall, communication can significantly improve, as well as car's interior maintenance and timeliness.

Beware of Scam, Hulu goa car service, sharing from my own latest experience, they had gave untidy damaged car then at the time of returning a lady and boy, asked to return at isolated place saying police doesn't allow then to come inside etc. Then after checking car started asking for lot of money for repair, just a minor scratch below bumper, they did everything to make us scare to take out money. Even called lot of people, it's total Harassment. It's a trap which might be going be going on with other rental people too. Be Strong and fight if you are not wrong.

It's a very reliable car rental service.. had a good experience. . Easy going ppl . .. good prices. .. and my that was in a very good condition.

Cheaters and looters in the name of cab rentals. Pathetic services deposit amount is deducted by making false claims. At the time of car delivery 500 was discussed price but the driver cost and petrol charges were demanded additionally at the time of car delivery. We booked the service for 5 days car wasn't in a very good condition the doors wouldn't lock. Car condition not ok services and tone of the manager is even bad uses foul language.

Beware of this company... they are frauds.. they give broken damaged cars...and later extort money from tourist..on already dented cars..
NEVER BOOK FROM THEM.. BE Safe

WORST car RENTALS in GOA. Everything behavior, loyalty and dealing was worst. We have never experienced these kind of service in my life.
The police had stopped the car while we were driving in Goa because of the tinted glass which is completely illegal.
The driver who came to drop the car also took additional money saying it was his fee which he has already charged as Rs.800 from us for the drop and another 800 for the pick so he was getting 1600 anyway. Despite this he kept insisting on the money and they kept our original ID with them so finally after lots of argument we paid him Rs.1000 extra as we were getting late for the flight and he took advantage of this and then returned our original IDs. DONT TRUST them at any point. They will change prices event after booking is done. Unprofessional and unethical behavior. And don't provide your original IDs like Driving license or Aadhar Card to them

Women beware not to take this service as they will try to take advantage of you. I wish I could give them 0 stars because this is the worst car service in Goa, not only are their cars illegal but also the service and the owner is bad. The cops had stopped the car while I was driving in goa because of the tinted glass which is illegal and the private number plate. Also they have tinted the glass on purpose so that you cannot look out easily thereby making it extremely difficult to see the cars in the side mirror and that makes it possible to scratch the car. They extort money at every given chance. Their car was scratched when they gave it to me but when I returned the car they did not return my originals until I paid them more than 5k for some dent which was not my fault. The driver who came to drop the car also took additional money saying it was his fee while I knew that he his fee for Rs500 for the drop and another 500 for the pick so he was getting 1000 anyway. Despite this he kept insisting on the money. Also the driver did not come on time to pick up the car and was extremely rude to the women in my group.

I hired their car in Goa on 13th and 14th. It was self driven car. The car was Maruti Baleno. Nice super new car. No problem. However as we drove back to the Airport to catch Mumbai flight, the guy who came to pick up the Car showed me a white color line on the Mudguard. (baleno has a very low ground clearance) He goes like you have to pay for this. I was surprised. I never touched the car, and was very careful while driving. I am driving for more than 20 years now, have driven all across India and also abroad. He obviously wanted money. I did not want to give in. But we had to catch the flight. After some funny arguments I gave in and paid Rs 500/- BEWARE. These people obviously take advantage of your vulnerability.

I suggest anyone wants to hire a car with these guys please pay extra Rs 500 at the beginning of hiring, so as to avoid funny arguments and all the bull, at the Airport before you catch your flight back home.
