Car Rent Goa

Customer friendly car rental service, got my car delivered to a d picked up from the airport. The car itself was in good condition ( would have been great if the mats were dusted) and delivery person made detailed notes on the existing scratches and dents before handing over the car.

The oldest in town. Charges are a little higher than that online. But if you are booking offline, trusted self-drive cars rentals available here. Numerous cars available.

Worst experience with this rental car service. Had to wait for more than 1.5 hours to get my car delivered at the pick up location. Even though I was in touch with a person from the agency and was providing timely updates to them about my location.

On top of that, they delivered swift in place of Ignis (heard they do it with most of their customers).

Also, I was charged extra when I returned the vehicle (something that wasn't discussed earlier and they assured me that there were no hidden charges).

Also, to justify their delay in service one of agency guys kept saying - tereko gaadi se matlab hai ki time se.

They don't deserve a quarter of a star!!!

The owner is rude! Obviously doesn't know how to do business! Doesn't know how to talk to customers! I can only give reasons as to why we shouldn't use services from Here! Never ever use this guys cars or any services. You'll find many other better and courteous guys who give you car services. When I was with two of my female companions, the staff tried acting smart with us by trying to act cool and other stuff. Never use these guys !!!!!! They're useless!

Also I was reading few of their comments to the bad reviews and sadly their attitude hadn’t changed!

Great experience with them took a Baleno Automatic for 2 days. No hassle return with entire deposit refunded.

Car and 2 wheeler rent was okay.. but the money for just dropping you back at railway station is 300 rs for 2.8kms. And that too when vehicle has fuel of our money.
Absolute money seeker for nothing.

If you seriously want to Rent A Cab in Goa without Driver, then you Must try Push Tours and Travels. Highly Recommended

Friends, a friendly advice, stay away from this people. All the 5 star rating here are from those people who lost their minds. I don't even want to give them 1 star but Google does not provide any such options to rate someone with less than 1 star. I got their number from one of my friends who is working here in Goa. I wanted to book a Tata winger for my trip to Goa with family and friends. I made 100% advance payment expecting a good service in return. They sent me a dirtiest damaged slowly moving Tata winger and charged me 2500 for pickup and drop from Madgaon station to Krishna beach resort in Colva. We also used this vehicle to visit a museum in Colva as soon as we checked in to the hotel and spent a 2 hours time. But they charged exorbitantly. When requested for a replacement vehicle next day, they assured me that they will arrange a new one. But to our surprise, he sent us the same old vehicle. A person named Vasanth was talking to me. He is very arrogant and doesn't show any manners while talking to customers. They assured me a refund of 9000 Rupees but I actually received only 8500.
