Avoid, it's a fraud. They promised me for pick up and didn't show up at last moment. Not picking up calls, no call back. By booking here u are likely to risk yourself of last moment cancellation.

I have recently been to Goa and rented a car from YOYO car rental, i must say i had a very hassle free experience, the driver handed over the car at Madgao station, the car was very well maintained and comfortable i used it comfortably for 3-4 days and drop was also as per my convenience. Overall it was a great experience. I would highly recommend to opt for YOYO car rentals.

Worst car service, spoiled our whole trip.
They promised a Baleno 2020 model with navigation and multimedia but in the last moment they said they would arrange a 2020 i20 with same features. But they delivered a 2014 model which was just a metal body on 4 wheels. They kept redirecting our calls to different agents. We demanded that the cost should be reduced to the market rate of the car that was provided to us to which they agreed but in the end they did not refund us the full amount.
