Very professional service. We hired swift..the car was in very good condition. The pick & drop facility at the airport was very disciplined and convenient. Also, the owner Mr.Rajesh was polite and a very nice guy. I recommend to try their service for self drive cars.

Very professional service provided by Rajesh and Deepak. We booked a Baleno for 2 days which was in brand new condition and delivered to us at airport right on our arrival time. They kept us updated proactively with car details and pickup location. Overall a hassle free experience and would definitely recommend everyone to try out their services. The procedure to rent the cab was very easy. All we had to do was make a call and we received a link to enter the details and upload the driving license.
We got the cab at the Goa airport, right on time. The person who handed the car suggested us to take a video as a proof of the initial condition of the car and the fuel bar. We were asked to make sure that the fuel bar is exactly the same on return. We received a couple of calls just to make sure everything was fine. The behavior was very nice. The pick up was also on time. We are really happy with the service and we are sure to consider services from this agency during our next Goa visit as well :)

Booking was extremely easy and all done online. They asked for only digital copies of driving license and ID card. This showed me their trustworthiness, as I had read of other car rentals in Goa extorting money from customers by refusing to return their documents.No booking advance is taken, provided the customer is sure of their dates. This was a sign of good faith and honesty, and I knew I was in good hands. All expenses were laid out at time of booking and they stuck to it. No hidden fees were added later.
They provided airport pick up and drop off. The contact person, Mr Deepak, was punctual and in touch with us even before our arrival. The car was extremely clean and very well maintained. It was exactly the car we had asked for and ran smoothly throughout our 8 day trip all over Goa. All car documents were provided at time of handover. Mr Deepak sent us a video of the car exterior and fuel gauge while also encouraging us to take our own videos as record.
Drop off was also smooth. Mr Deepak finished checking the car in minutes and the security deposit of 3k was refunded instantly.
What made theirs a 5 star service was that both Mr Rajesh and Mr Deepak went above and beyond the call of duty. Mr Rajesh called us midway through our trip to see how we were doing and whether the car was serving us well. He even contacted me after we had left Goa to ensure we had reached home safely. During drop off, the first thing Mr Deepak asked was how our trip had gone instead of jumping straight into checking the car for damages. Their behavior shows they genuinely value their clients as people and don't see them as cash cows, and this is reflected in their perfect Google reviews. Me and my family were completely satisfied with their service and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone traveling to Goa. We ourselves will be repeat customers of Dayita car rentals when we return to Goa. Great job

If I can give only more stars. Rajesh ji's service is just amazing. I booked a Baleno, when I received the car, it was cleaned and sanitised.
Someone scratched the car while it was parked in BAGA and I was little panicky, that I might need to pay hefty amount for the scratch but to my surprise Rajesh ji team took lesser amount that what I offered. You won't see such service anywhere. Other travel agency would have tried to extract more money.
When I visit Goa again , I know whose service I need to take. Guys you can avail their service without any doubt. I will try to attach the picture of the scratch too
